SGE can provide bundle packages that collate all systems under one service contract which we will manage prompting you a month in advance when certain systems are due for service/inspection and booking this in at a convenient time/day.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports
(EICR/5 yearly hard wiring test) from £330.00 + VAT depending on the size of the installation. Please see terms and conditions
Visual Installation Condition Reports
(VICR) from £80.00 + VAT depending on size of the installation.
Emergency Lighting Periodic Inspection and Testing
from £180.00 + VAT annually depending on the size of the installation and frequency required.
Fire Detection and Alarm System Inspection and Servicing
from £90.00 + VAT annually depending on the size of the installation and frequency required.
Smoke Ventilation (AOV) Maintenance Report
from £60.00 + VAT annually depending on the size of the installation and frequency required.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
from £2.00 + VAT per item depending on number of items.
All of the above reports will be issued within two weeks from test date with accompanying paperwork. All dangerous situations that are noticed during the above reports will be isolated safely and reported to the responsible person of the premises.
